amberSearch integrates with existing security standards
- By default amberSearch is hosted on German Servers at the Open Telekom Cloud (certified with ISO 27001, SOC2, TISAX, BSI C5 and many more)
- The purpose of amberSearch is not to process personal data. No user data is stored. No copies of the data to be searched are created.
- amberSearch adopts existing access rights from Active Directory/SSO. No new access structure is created.
- Additionally, we have Data Processing Agreements (DPA), technical and organizational measures, a SaaS security concept, etc.
- amberSearch follows ISO 27001 and SOC2 standards to ensure maximum data security.

Initially, the system was designed to be usable for both German and selected English-speaking systems and a new R&D portal was integrated into SharePoint. The system was later expanded to include network drives and international DMS systems.
